Thank so so much to my healing angel, Alissa! She did a fantastic job in helping me with my knee osteoarthritis surgery recovery. When I came in to Bee Physio, the leg muscles on my operated knee had diminished so much. As I was not allowed to put weight on it for ~ a month, to allow the hyalofast to set. Alissa guided me thru with the required strengthening exercises; progressively increasing it until I could hop and take drops on it. Which is what I needed as I am able to get back to trail/enduro mountain biking, bike touring and rock climbing. Our sessions were great! She is experienced, knowledgeable, and introduces a variety of different exercises each time. Also a great conversationalist with positive attitude. So it is never stale or boring. Alissa is also very attentive. Noticing and helping relief pain or tight muscles when needed. Even helped me with a temporary tight jaw issue (TMJ) I had. In fact, all the staff there are super friendly, positive and caring. Excellent vibes for recovery. Lastly, special thanks, Alissa, for staying back late a few times as I was caught in traffic, before getting there. I would strongly recommend Bee Physio. You will be in good hands.

Went for physio treatment for my low backpain as it was nearer to my house in Kajang. Their sister branch Rehab Bee Physio is at PJ so I used to travel all the way last time. The physiotherapist, Yuna is really knowledgable on spine aspects (Scroth Scoliosis Specialist I think). She was able to pinpoint the specific problem area during the first session and shared a strengthening programme for me to strengthen the right muscle 💪🏼 .They also used shockwave on me and the pain was immediately gone afterwards. Most importantly PMCare covered! Happy that they have expanded their physio near me and upgrades of equipment. Saw the boss too there.
